In this document, "Platform" refers to the 4rabet website, mobile application, and all related digital services. "User" or "Member" refers to any person registered on the Platform. "We" or "Company" refers to the organisation that operates 4rabet.

These terms take effect from the date they are published on the Platform. By completing the registration process when opening a new account, the user is considered to have agreed to these terms. Existing members who continue to use the Platform are considered to have accepted the most recently updated terms.

1.1 Age Requirement

All services on 4rabet are only for persons aged 21 or above. No one under this age may use the Platform. Users are required to confirm this at the time of registration. If someone registers with false information, their account will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be cancelled.

1.2 Geographic Applicability

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to complete. Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

Withdrawals may be held or delayed if KYC verification is incomplete, if there is suspicion of a terms violation, or if the wagering requirement on a bonus has not been met.

3.3 Fraud Prevention

If unusual transaction patterns are detected on an account, or if there is evidence of multiple accounts being used from the same device, 4rabet reserves the right to suspend transactions on the relevant account until an investigation is complete.

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, you must complete wagering of 25 times the bonus amount.

For example: if a ৳1,000 deposit adds a ৳1,000 bonus, the total balance will be ৳2,000, and to withdraw winnings from the bonus you must complete ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 in wagers.

4.2 Weekly and Special Offers

4rabet has several promotional offers for regular members, including the weekly 4rabet Reload (50% bonus, up to ৳5,000, wagering 20x), 4rabet Cricket Festival Bonus (75% bonus, up to ৳8,000, wagering 25x), Friday 4rabet Fun (60% bonus, up to ৳6,000, wagering 18x), Birthday 4rabet Gift (up to ৳1,500, wagering 10x), and Refer a Friend 4rabet Reward (up to ৳2,000, wagering 12x).

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If any user attempts to misuse the bonus system (through multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any other method), 4rabet reserves the right to cancel all related bonuses and close the account.

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once a bet is finalised, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, if evidence of a technical error or incorrect odds is found before an event starts, 4rabet reserves the right to cancel the bet and refund the stake.

In sports betting, if an event is cancelled or left incomplete, the stake will be refunded or the bet result will be determined in accordance with the applicable rules.

5.2 Maximum Win Limit

4rabet may apply a maximum limit on winnings from a single bet or multi-bet. This limit may vary depending on the type of game and the account level. Contact the support team for more details.

5.3 Casino Game Rules

Each casino game has its own applicable rules. If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical fault in the game software, the stake will generally be refunded. In live casino games, the dealer's decision is considered final.

The 4rabet VIP Programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit, which is a fixed percentage of net losses.

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback

Weekly cashback is calculated on the total net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings). Example: if a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback. VIP tier changes are based on consistent usage and activity; there is no specific turnover threshold.

7.1 Setting Play Limits

Users may at any time set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits, loss limits, or session time limits. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing a limit is subject to a waiting period.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

A member may choose to suspend their account for a set period. The self-exclusion period can range from a minimum of 6 months to permanent. A permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

7.3 Protection of Minors

It is the user's responsibility to keep their device and account out of reach of minors. If there are children in the household, it is recommended to use parental control software.
